Palestinian critically injured by Israeli gunfire near Tulkarm

A Palestinian was Monday critically injured after he was shot by Israeli forces at the military checkpoint of Jubara, to the south of the occupied West Bank city of Tulkarm. Local sources said that the youth, whose identity remains unidentified, has been transferred to a hospital inside the 1948-occupied territories after he was shot with several bullets. Israeli forces claim that the youth allegedly attempted to run over one of the soldiers at the checkpoint.
