Two minors among 12 detained from West Bank


Israeli forces Thursday overnight detained 12 Palestinians, including two minors, from various parts of the West Bank, according to local and security sources. They said that Israeli forces rounded up two Palestinians from al-Tira neighborhood of the central West Bank city of Ramallah. The forces also rounded up two others in separate two raids in Silwad and Kafr Ni'ma village, northeast and west of the city. Also in Ramallah city, special Israeli forces sneaked their way to Qaddura refugee camp, and abducted a former prisoner from a house in the vicinity of Palestine Medical Complex. In Nablus, the military vehicles stormed the neighborhood of al-'Ameriya, where the soldiers detained another. They conducted a raid in Burqa village, north of the northern West Bank city, resulting in the detention of another. Elsewhere in the northern West Bank, special forces used a vehicle with a Palestinian registration plate to sneak their way into Kafr Qud, west of Jenin, and abducted a former prisoner after surrounding his house.
