Israeli forces detain 13 Palestinians from West Bank


Israeli forces Wednesday overnight and Tuesday evening detained 13 Palestinians from various parts of the West Bank, according to local and security sources. They said that Israeli forces rounded up two Palestinians from Beit Ur al-Tahta village, west of Ramallah city. The soldiers also rounded up four others after breaking into and searching their houses in Jabal al-Tawil neighborhood of the neighboring city of al-Bireh. In the northern West Bank, the soldiers re-arrested a former prisoner after ransacking his house in Meithalun town, south of Jenin, as confirmed by Director of the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS) Office, Muntaser Samour.
